Is there anything wrong with the new lcd screen or light sensor for iPhone 4s 4

Recently some customers respones the new for iPhone 4s and 4 lcd screen have quality problems, after replacement, the light sensor can’t work. Then we asked customer to ship these kind of screen back, then test again and again. We make sure there are no one with something wrong. Then why the customers met these kinds of problems? Is there really anything wrong with the new lcd screen or light sensor? Then we did a replacement by tech staffs.

If there was no problem with the new for iPhone 4s replacement lcd screen touch digitizer, then was there anything wrong with the light sensor on the main board(shown as picture). All these were normal we tested.  We tested if the lcd screen light sensor glass was too hard to permeate more light from outside, then it couuld affect the fuction of light sensor if it worked normally. We did the test, then found nothing wrong with the new screen replacement. If it still can't work, you may try to make your light sensor on the main board black, it may help you return the normal light sensor back.
When you met some kind of cases like so, you may check all your processes are right, then test if it is the problem with the cell phone replacement repair parts, to avoid being in vain of time and money.
The test is also suitable for iPhone 3gs, but here it is only for iPhone 4s and 4.
