How to replace cracked or broken screen of iPhone 6 and notes you should know

First, iPhone 6 screen disassembly needed repair tools list:
Screwdrivers
Special double suction cup opening tool
Plastic single suction cup opening tool
Plastic pry opening tool
Flat end of a spudger

Step 1. Make sure power off your iPhone 6 before beginning disassembly.
Step 2. Remove the two Pentalobe screws at the buttom of iPhone 6.

Step 3. Use the special double suction cups opening tool to open the iPhone 6 safelyThe special double suction cups opening tool opening procedure:
1) Close the handle on the special opening tool, opening the suction-cup jaws.

2) Place the bottom of your iPhone 6 in between the suction cups.
Position the opening tool's upper suction cup against the display, near the home button.
Open the handles to close the jaws of the opening tool. Center the suction cups and press them firmly onto the top and bottom of the iPhone.

3) Hold onto your iPhone securely and close the handle of the opening tool to separate the suction cups, pulling the front panel up from the rear case.

The opening tool is designed to safely open your iPhone just enough to separate the pieces, but not enough to damage the display cables.

Peel the two suction cups off your iPhone.
Step 4. If you don’t have the special opening tool, you can also use the plastic suction cup opening tool to open iPhone 6. Press a suction cup onto the screen, just above the home button.

Note: Be sure the cup is pressed securely onto the screen to get a tight seal.
Step 5. Using a plastic pry opening tool, begin to gently pry the rear case down, away from the display assembly, while continuing to pull up with the suction cup.

Note: Use the proper force, avoiding to break the flex ribbonsStep 6. Pull the plastic nub to release the vacuum seal on the suction cup.

Then, remove the suction cup from the display assembly.
Step 7. Remove the following four Phillips screws securing the front panel assembly cable bracket:
    Three 1.2 mm screws
    One 1.7 mm screw
    One 3.1 mm screw

Note: Before you remove the front panel assembly, you’d better keep it supported at a 90? angle in relation to the rear case.
Step 7. Remove the front panel assembly cable bracket from the logic board.

Step 8. Use the flat end of a spudger to disconnect following four cable connectors.
Front-facing camera and earpiece speaker cable connector.

Home button cable connector

Digitizer cable connector

Display data cable connector

Note: Please gentlely pry these cable connectors.
Step 9. Remove the front panel assembly from the rear case.
